The guided meditation utilises all of your 7 chakras for this physical and emotional healing, through cleansing and balancing those 7 chakras. The 7 chakras represent your centres of spiritual power, your life force and your energy. They are responsible for your physical and emotional wellbeing. They are inter-connected and energy flows best through them when they are open and aligned. They are your life force, your energy and rhythm. When your chakras are balanced, open and aligned you will feel emotionally balanced, healthy, happy and energised. If they become blocked the energy cannot flow through your body and you will feel disharmony and maybe illness within sleep.
